Refund policy

We are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost and we want to help
you have the best possible shopping experience with us. If within 7 days of your purchase you are not satisfied, Complete Sleep & Furnishings will first offer an exchange or a return for in-store credit.

Exchanges are available for the merchandise for comparable item/s of like kind, quality and value. If a Return for in-store credit is chosen instead, then credit will be issued at the discretion of management and pending if the furniture is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

For example, no blemishes or smells. In-store credits are good for one year only. Special orders, damaged, discontinued, clearance, and "As Is" merchandise are excluded. If receiving a Refund then please know Delivery Fees, Pickup fees, Service Fees, and Protection Plans are non-refundable. No cash refunds will be given.

Refunds will be issued by check or card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 2 to 10 business days for credit card returns to process. For hygienic reasons, all bedding sales, including box springs and mattresses, are final and not subject to return. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct box spring height prior to purchase. All returns, exchanges or refunds must be inspected by a member of the Complete Sleep & Furnishings staff prior to credit being issued. A 15% restocking fee will apply on all.
